James Neely: Co-Founder/President

Jim oversees General Operations and Business Development for XXL Sports, LLC. He directly manages Client and Partner Relations, working closely with Networks, Universities, Teams, Affiliates, and Sponsors.

Jesse Christensen: VP of Production

Jesse is the primary Event Producer/Director for XXL Sports telecasts. He is also responsible for managing freelance staff, on-air-talent, remote production logistics, coordinating local crews and events operations.
